  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Please contact our customer support team to request a return authorisation and instructions.
  • Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us for assistance.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items
