At Fidget & Flo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our Refunds & Returns Policy below.
1. Returns Period
- You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. How to Return an Item
- Please contact our customer support team to request a return authorisation and instructions.
- Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us for assistance.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (such as opened sensory toys) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Please check the product description for any non-returnable notices.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
