1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with your tracking details.

- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually leave a note with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- Please follow the carrier’s guidance to avoid parcels being returned to sender.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts the courier will return the parcel to us.
- Once the parcel has been returned to us and the items checked we will refund you minue the shipping cost.
