The Fidget & Flo Prize Competition – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all prize competitions operated by Fidget & Flo. By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
1.2. Employees of Fidget & Flo their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with the competitions are not eligible to enter.
1.3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may require proof of identity and address.

2. Entry Routes

2.1 Paid Entry Route

To enter via the paid route, entrants must correctly answer the question shown on the competition listing and complete the online entry form. All incorrect answers will be immediately withdrawn and refunded.

Payment must be made in full and successfully processed at the time of entry.

There is no limit on the number of entries via this route.

2.2 Free Entry Route

Entrants may also enter by post without payment.

Each free entry must be sent on a separate sheet of paper in its own envelope.

Only one entry per envelope will be accepted.

Free entries must be sent via Royal Mail First Class or Second Class post only. Hand delivered entries are not accepted and will be void.

Any bulk, automated, or third-party entries will be void.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, or not received will not be accepted. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

If a free entry is received after a live draw has concluded, it will be automatically entered into the next scheduled draw. Entrants will be notified of this by email.

3. Closing Dates

3.1. Each Competition will have a stated closing date, displayed on the Competition listing.
3.2. Entries received after the closing date (whether paid or free) will not be entered and either refunded or rolled over to the next competition.

4. Selection of Winners

4.1. All correct and valid entries will receive the number of tickets bought shown during a Tiktok live.
4.2. The winner will be need to have a ticket ending in a 0 or 5 to win a prize which will be shown immediately.
4.3. Winners will be contacted immediately during the live draw using the contact details provided.

4.4. All prizes are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch.

5. Prizes

5.1. The prize for each competition will be as stated on the relevant competition listing.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
5.3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Publicity

6.1. By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity, including the publication of their name and county.
6.2. Personal data will not be used for any other reason other than for purposes of the competition.

7. General

7.1. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a competition if circumstances make this unavoidable.
7.2. Our decision in all matters relating to Competitions is final.
7.3. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
